Guests With Disabilities
At the IZOD Center, it is our
promise and goal to serve the needs of all our guests. Making
sure the needs of guests with disabilities are met under the guidelines
set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is essential
at the IZOD Center.
Tickets
The IZOD Center has designated
seats for guests with disabilities. Tickets are based upon availability
and should be purchased prior to the event to obtain the best seat locations.
Some accessible seats that are not purchased during a specific sale
period, which may vary depending upon the event and ticket sales, may
be released for sale to the general public.
For information on ticket purchase,
box office hours and all other matters regarding access, please contact

Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating
is located in the Lower Level and, for select events, on the floor.
There is also reserved seating for guests who are mobility impaired,
blind/visually impaired and deaf/hard of hearing located throughout
the arena.
Non-Accessible Tickets
If you have a disability and are
able to obtain non-accessible tickets to an event, please contact the
Disabled Services Department at the box office in advance of the event
so we may properly assist you.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or
exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that situations may arise
that would prohibit an individual with a disability from attending an
event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable
to attend an event, please contact us prior to the event taking place
so that we may review your case.
Disclaimer
The Meadowlands considers ticket crime to be extremely serious and will
take appropriate action to prevent such incidents. Ticket crime includes,
but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability, the production
and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets, or the resale of tickets at
a higher price than allowed by law to a Meadowlands event. Guests holding
illegally or fraudulently procured tickets or who otherwise unlawfully
sell or transfer tickets, are subject to ejection without reimbursement
or restitution and to such further civil or criminal penalties as provided
by law.
